Returns & Refunds

• Process: 

  To initiate a return, customers should contact shop owner on the contact us page for instructions.

• Refund Timeline: 

  Once the return is received, the His House of Seasons will process it within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. 

• Eligibility: 

  Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. 

• Conditions: 

  Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 

• Exceptions: Please check each shop page for a full return policy, some items are non-returnable.
